Plant-Based Campus ("we") is the data controller for the information you submit here. We collect your name, email, date of birth, chapter and (for student members) your university-affiliated details in order to register you as an official member: to verify eligibility for your membership category, to allot delegate votes to your chapter, to send mandatory administrative emails about votes and policy changes, and because date of birth is required to qualify for certain youth grant funding. This data is held centrally — chapters do not keep separate membership records. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting Central Support.
